Body Ache, Temperature 102, Cough, Chest, Jaw Pain. Cold Sensation While Breathing. Is It Pneumonia?

Good evening, I started with full body aches Saturday evening later accompanied by a 102 temp for two days. Deep chest coughing without any discharge . Now having some chest, jaw and head pain. When I breathe in I have a very cold sensation but mostly to the right of the sternum. I took a mucinex in hopes that would help the pain when coughing. I rarely get sick. This does not sounds like pneumonia , does it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for the query
It seems like Viral fever or Respiratory track infection to rule out Pneumonia you must go for Chest X-ray but it doesn't seems to be?
Consult your doctor and take a complete course of antibiotic with some anti-allergic.
In addition to this take regular steam inhalation and try to expel out phlegm as much as possible if you can.
Protect your self from cold weather and keep yourself warm with clothes.
Can take paracetamol in fever, it also reduces your pain.
Best Wishes
