Body Always Remains Hot. Gets High Fever Once Or Twice A Month. Possible Reason?

I am 22 , female. my body remains very hot. if any body touch me they ask if I have fever. But I dont. I also like to stay in warm place rather than enjoying AC around 60. My hands and feet also stay warm. But my body is too hot even if I wont have fever. Of course, I get high fever oncr or twice a month and its very hard to get break from fever cycle if it starts.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello user
Feeling of hotness is a subjective feeling. It is different from having fever !!
So you are advised to take simple clinical thermometer(preferably mercury one) and measure your temprature, when ever you feel hot, or some one told you are warm.

You can then surely say then that you are having fever or not.

Do revert back when its more than 98.6 F / 37 C

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr Hari Om Chandrakar
