Body Pain, Nausea, Headache, Neck Stiffness, Loss Of Appetite, Feel Stomach Full. Suspect Virus. Suggestions?
This past saturday I woke up with the most severe body pain and aches with lots of nausea and headaches.. Also neck stiffness too. That part has gotten better but since then I have had no appetite, my stomach is constantly grumbling, and I always feel very full but haven't eaten in almost 4 days- just little bits here and there. I am a teacher so not sure if its a virus of some sorts or something more
The symptoms that you have described are in keeping with a viral illness. There are many different viral illnesses that can cause muscle aches and pain along with headaches.
It may take a little long for your digestive system to return to normal. You should start to feel better in a few days. The full sensation may be due to bloating. Even if you do not feel like eating solid food, you have to remember to drink , the body can do without food for longer than it can do without water.
I hope this helps
