Brain MRI Showed Focal Lesions In Occipital Region, Frontal Lobe With Perifocal Edema. Suspicion Of Metastases, Positive Tuberculin Test. What Does It Indicate?

The brain MRI which showed focal lesions in brain one in left occipital region and one in left forntal lobe with perifocal edema suspecting metastases. The tuberculin test shows positive. I need your advise. Please find the linked image. WWW.WWWW.WW I need your kind opinion

I would require the age of the patient with the weight and other health details too. Is the patient suffering from any other disease also?
Tuberculin test indicates evidence of mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in the patient. He can be started on the Anti-tubercular treatment.
