HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned about any lump in the breast.

Fibroadenomas are most commonly seen in younger women like your self. They are made out of fibrous ( hard or scar like tissue) and glandular tissue. They are benign (not cancerous) and transformation to malignant lesions is extremely rare.

Fibroadenosis is also called fibrocystic disease and may present with fibroadenomas or cysts (sacs of fluid).

YOu doctor may suggest a treatment appropriate for you.

In alot of case the treatment is mainly supportive with removal of the fluid to help with the pain, pain killer medication and supportive bras.

I hope this helps
