after the open heart syrgery a breathing problem occurs , the doctor reput the breathing equipment again then the patient after four days could open his eyes but he has problem in moving his hand and leg is that the impact of medical drugs the main question is the patient going to move his hand and leg again in the recovering stage appreciate your concern

In such situations, several drugs are usually given – to quieten the conscious patient / to ease the work of breathing / and to prevent from fighting the respirator.
Generally, there may not be a problem when weaned... if there is a paralysis, it could often be detected by the specialist even when unconscious...
The treating doctor alone will be better placed to judge based on his assessment of the situation.
