Bright Red Discharge During Periods, No Heavy Bleeding, Backache, Cramps. History Of Having Unprotected Sex. Possible Pregnancy?

I have had unprotected sex 2 times in the last 2 weeks. I am 6 days early for my period and I just started bleeding 3 days ago but it doesn't feel or look like my normal period. The blood is redder than usually and has been going on for 3 days and still going but it's not enough to fill a tampon or a pad. I have had backaches and cramps. Am I possibly pregnant ??

Hi, it is definitely not the pregnancy, as pregnancy means the abscence of the periods.
The cause of this irregularity could be due to the anemia, or infection. So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
