Brown Discharge, Cramps With Backache, Missed Periods After Mirena Fitting, Unable To Find The Strings. Is This Normal?
hhad the mirena coil fitted in may... had no problems until now... I've been getting a brownish discharge for the past few days and cramps abit like period pains but i haventt had a period since i had it fitted... also if i walk or do any kind of exercise the cramps start along with back ache and pains in my hip... i checked for my strings earlier today and can't find them...Abit embarrassed to see my Dr a.d wanted advice first

The infection part can not be rule out, you can try Metronidazole 600 mg just one tab a day for four days along with Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day this regime help you a lot and will come around no need to worry have nice day.
