hello,
we are here to give you best advice.

I have gone through your problem.

as per you mentioned brown stuff and brown foul swelling liquid is coming from the extraction site, and you are having pain is indicative of dislodged blood clot and infection to that area of extraction.

you should be prescribed antibiotic for coverage of the infection along with vicodin.

If such patient comes to me I would have been thoroughly clean he extracted wound with normal saline and betadine solution. And medicated dressing is given.
would have prescribed Antibiotic and Pain killer along with antacid if needed.

The best advice for you right now would be :
1) if you smokes, stop smoking immediately until the wound heals as smoking delays the healing process & worsens the pain
2) do not touch the wound with finger tip or cotton or anything else as it can dislodge the blood clot and infect the wound
3)Add 2 spoon full of salt in Luke warm water and gargle with it twice or thrice in a day
4)Take full coarse of antibiotic and anti-inflamatory drugs prescribed by your dentist.
5) If pain is non bearable please visit your dentist and get the wound cleaned.

Don't worry you would be fine.

Take care and kindly right a review if you are satisfied.

Regards.

hello..
After reading you past dental history of multiple tooth extraction 5 days back with foul odour and painfull extraction site indicates of Dry socket formed at the extraction site
Dry socket is basically a condition wherein the blood clot that is formed during healing gets disintegrated leading to exposure of underlying bone. The line of treatment would be repeated placement of antimicrobial dressing at the extraction site followed by use of chlorhexidene mouth wash i.e peridex .12% .
It is advisable if you consult your dentist for the confirmed diagnosis and treatment..take care...thank you

Dentist Dr. Qazi Ammara's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed infection around the extarction socket this could either be due to food lodgement or any left over root particle, a thorough clinical examination and x-ray of the region is required.

Since you cannot see the Dentist right now i would suggest to avoid eating from that side, take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses to prevent superinfection.
Take the course of antibiotics and analgesics prescribed to you.

Hope you find this as helpful,

Regards....
