Brownish Spotting, Delayed Periods. Have Cysts In Ovaries. Pregnancy Chances?

I was suppose to start my period last Monday but only spotted a tiny bit of brown discharge when I wiped, now over a week later cramping a little, I have cysts on my ovaries and have just started dieting and working out for 2 weeks.. And trying to conceive second child for over a year, could I be pregnant? I took a cheap pregnancy test Saturday and it was negative.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You seem to be having polycystic ovaries.
In this condition, the ovary is studded with multiple small cysts ( follicles ) , and there is a difficulty in having regular menstrual cycles and in ovulation, and hence conception.
Please get yourself thoroughly investigated for polycystic ovaries.
Also, with a negative pregnancy test, you are mostly not pregnant.
Only a gynecologist could confirm this though, after check up, blood work and an ultrasound.
Also, anxiety, stress, workouts, etc also could be responsible for your problem.
Take care.
