Bruised Knees, Minor Scrapes On Hand And Chest. Pain While Breathing, Coughing. Why Is There No Bruise On Skin Surface?
hi i fell body fist on cement, Knee brused but alright and minor scrapes on hand but major pain on left chest right below breast and sharp pains when breathing , coughing unbarable, also pain when using my left arm. The only thing that confuses me is there is no brusing on the surface of my skin. Whats wrong....please help

In deeper bruises you will not be able to see these bruises, they can still swell and cause pain.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance to rule out any fracture
In the interim,ice fomatation to the affected area, take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation. Rest well.

In deeper bruises you will not be able to see these bruises, they can still swell and cause pain. I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.
