Bubble Like Thing Around Genital Area Oozing White Liquid. Is It An Infection? Lost Appetite And Getting Chills

Hi I found this thing around my genital area and its like a bubble and I was worried it was a wart but when I looked at it, it started to ooze out some kind of white liquid ( im female by the way) and Im worried its an infection of some kind or a disease. I havnt gotten my shots for those viruses in grade 9 and im worried it might be deadly. Im also worried that it may not be reversable. My health also seems unstable I have loss of apppitite and im starting to get chills in the left side of my body (yes the whole left side of my body) that make it go cold and numb. Please help im scared and I dont know if its bad enough to actully talk to someone in person yet.
