Bulky Uterus, Mural Myome, Endometrium Displaced Down, Polycystic Appearnace Of Ovaries. Explain

severely bulky utres measures 15*10cms and show a large mural myome in posterior wall extenting to the funds with submucous and subserous extension.Endometrium is displaced down and anteriorly and its thickness measures 12-13mm.
left ovary-4.6*1.6cms,right ovary-5.0*2.0cms
bulky polycystic appearance of ovaries with thickened endometrium.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You didn't mention nay thing about your age, parity, symptoms etc.
Anyhow as you are having large fibroid, if you are having symptoms like menorrhagea, dysmenorrhea etc. due to that you have to take treatment.
Endometrial thickness is also more, so you may need premenstrual D&C.
If you are having symptoms due to poly cystic ovary disease, you may need treatment for that also.
