Bump On Thumbs Where Thumb Bends, Bump On Wrist, Discomfort. What Could Be This?

I have a bump on both thumbs, where each thumb bends and on the left hand it's somewhat off to the right and the reverse for the right thumb. Some discomfort. These changes in my thumb I noted about a year ago. On my right hand at the base of my middle finger I noticed about a month ago a bump/nodule and then over the last week I noticed something similar on my wrist, below the thumb side. Other than osteoarthritis are there other possibilities?

Hello, I have gone through your query. If you don't present with pain and if the bump is little hard( not like liquid present in it) then it could be lipomas and it can be excised easily and no more complications. You can undergo small surgical intervention if they cause mobility problem by a general surgeon otherwise no treatment needed. Thanks.
