Bump On Top Of Penis, No Pain, Had Unprotected Rough Sex. Any Ideas?

Hi, was wondering if you can help, had rough unprotected sex yesterday evening. I now checked my penis, and a tiny little bump is on the top of my penis head, it doesn't hurt, itch or cause discomfortate. Its literally unoticable, never had this before. Its slightly raised, and looks skin colour/slightly white under the skin. Only been here one day!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed errosion of glans penis due to unprotected dry rough sex.

Since you do not have symptom while urinating or itching ,pain etc you need not worry at all.

Please wash your genitals with warm water and apply some tropical antibiotic like Neosporin over affected area to heal up and have soothing effect.

Avoid sexual encounter till it heals up completely.
