Bumps On Genital Area, Painful, Burning Sensation During Urination. Had An Abnormal Pap. Why Does It Pain That Much?

Well about 3 days ago i got 5 bumps in my genital area and they hurt so much even when I urinate it burns them even my uretha burns what could it be? Ive only been sexually avtive with one guy form3 years now n he has no symptoms. Also I just got sum news dat inhad an abnormal pap I hav hpv could that have alot to do with anything? And how could I stop the painful bumps from hurting so much?

Having HPV puts you at risk of having genital warts.
These growths could be the bumps that you are talking about.
Abnormal pap smear also puts you at risk of cervical growths and cellular abnormalities.
Do not take this lightly, and have urgent consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Presence of one STD significantly increases your risk of contracting other infections simultaneously also.
