Bumps Under Skin. What It Is?

I have had small bumps appearing under my skin. First one on my arm, hours later another on my arm, several hours later on the other arm. No pain until later - now they feel bruised and you can feel the lump - it does move when touched. I know have one on the side of my foot and on my wrist and the muscles around it feel tight. I have been to the doctor and dermatologist and they have no idea what it is. May have to do a biopsy. Any ideas?

Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
Thank you for your query.
I understand your query regarding your skin problem.
From detail you provide ,it is difficult to comment about your problem.
It may be lipoma, xanthoma or any benign skin condition.
When it is difficult to diagnose clinically, biopsy is good option.
It may be due to heredity or hormonal reason.
Try to avoid oily food as you can.
Removal of such lesion and send for biopsy is good alternate.
It is better to take opinion of other dermatologst.
I hope I answered your query.
Wish you speedy recovery.
Regards.
