Burning And Itching Rash On The Back Sides Of My Neck
Every now and then I start to form a rash on my neck right beneath my chin and on the back sides of my neck. At one point the rash was on both of my collar bones. The rash turns a dark brown color and pulls my skin very tightly and becomes slightly rough. There s a slight burn to it, but it also itches. I treat it with cortizone cream but that burns even more.

you have dry and sensitive skin
before applying cortizone u should apply good moisturizer cream
take tab cetrizine if itching is more.
wear cotton cloths only
