Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are noticing that the use of specific foods is causing your skin to itch then it likely that you are allergic to them.

This can be confirmed with an allergy test. Allergy testing can be done as a skin test or blood test.

It would be best to avoid the specific foods till the testing is completed and the results available.

Your doctor will be able to do the blood test and send it to the lab.

I hope this helps
