Burning Pain In The Neck And Spine After Exertion. Had An Electrocution Injury To Shoulder. Can I Do Exercises?

After I do my PT exercises for my electrocution injury to my shoulder, and/ or use my arm too much during the day, I can't turn my head and get burning pain in my neck and down my spine. My doctor just read my MRI for my shoulder , that she ordered 10 weeks after my injury, and she said everything looked good. Am I expected to do exercises to the point that I have debilitating pain? I have had a lot of difficulty communicating to her everything because she doesn't seem to want to here it. She says that I should be better by now. Well I don't know what to tell her but all my symptoms are the same.

Hi, after PT exercise for injury to the shoulder, You are getting pain.
It could be the spasm causing the pain, and it is to be made a habbit of, that is the aim of physiotherapy.
To my patients i prescribe neurotropic injections as a course, with regular intervals, and rubificients for application. Thank you.
