Burning Pain In The Thigh, Sensitive To Touch. Had Diarrhea. Cure?

About 2 weeks ago I was feeling somewhat sick to my stomach and had diarrhea. It eventually went away. Suddenly about 1 week ago I started having a burning pain on the outer part of my left thigh, very sensitive to the touch, the pain went away in the thigh but moved to my hips, mid section and even my under arm, same type of pain dull aching but very sensitive to the touch, almost like burning. Today the pain is in the thigh again and upset stomach all day. Mike

Hello,

Dull aching pain and tender to touch is mostly musculoskeletal pain.
But it burning also. You need to exclude any cause of neuropathy like vitamin deficiencies, diabetes and hypertension.
