hello there
sorry to hear about your problem
burning urination and lower abdominal pain can b symptoms of many diseases but most common are infections and bladder stones
u need proper investigations starting from;urine routine analysis, ultrasound abdomen pelvis,x ray of abdomen pelvis.
these baselines wil gv some clue
if its a stone then size of stone is important as small stones can move out on their own and no intervention is needed
u need to drink more and more water so to flush out any small stone or residue
if u dont hv hypertension and other kidney disorder u can use citralka syrup for burning micturation
i hope i was of some help
i wil b glad to help u if u hv any further query..
