Burning Sensation During Urination, Bleeding, Cut In Labia. Had Rough Sex, Fingering. Can Neosporin Be Used?

Had very rough sex and fingering , woke up the next day and severe burning when urinating! I got a mirror to check and on the inside of my labia is what appear to be a cut! It bled the first day mildly, I am now just experiencing discomfort when pee runs over it, I have been using diaper cream and aquafor , can I use neosporin ?

You might have developed mild vaginal abrasions which is responsible for bleeding and discomfort.

Neosporin can be used for it. You may take gynecologist consultation for it.

For a while , you need to be cautious while further sex for sometime.
