Burning Sensation In Thighs And Shoulder Blades With Sharp Pain, Nausea. Serious?

Hello,

I've been having burning sensations in my thighs for the past 3 months. The past 2 weeks I have also had a burning sensation with sharp pain in my my shoulder blades. But now, for the past 2 days I also have the feeling that I am going to be sick. The nausea comes every hour or so and lasts approx 2 mins each time but with no actuall vomitting.

Do I need to be concerned?
