Burps With Bile In The Mouth, Bloating, No Pains, Nausea, Diarrhoea, Healthy Diet, Blood Tests Normal. What Could This Be?

I have unexpected burps with bile coming up into my mouth. At the same time I feel bloated. I don t have any pains, nausea , or diarrhea . I am on a pretty healthy diet: almost totally dairy-free, reduced fat, reduced cholesterol . I am 61 years old, and never had this happen to me until a couple of months ago. I just had a physical, and my blood is fine. WHat could it be?

Hi with your symptoms it shows your problem might be at the level of the gall bladder and its communication to the duodenum and in the duodenum itself.so i would suggest you to do a ultrasound abdomen which would almost tell you the problem.if the ultrasound is normal, a ct abdomen would be suggested and endoscopy should be done. with these investigations your diagnosis is almost made and accordingly treatment could be initiated.your symptoms can be as simple as a gastritis or to an extent of gall bladder stone disease.safe health

HI!
Burping and Bloating are all normal conditions.But you are getting unexpected burps with bile that means you are suffering from dyspepsia or gall bladder diseases.Though you are taking pretty healthy food but according to your age certain hormonal changes cause this type of symptoms. i would suggest you to take 20 mg of omeprazol once daily before breakfast and take one glass of cold milk early morning.
