Hi,

Based on the details your headache seems to be secondary to infection ( viral fever)

You need clinical examination and battery of blood tests to rule out other causes of infection

Meantime have plenty of liquids with salt and sugar replaced long with paracetamol, and cetrizine for running nose.Weakness is due to fever and decrease intake

Consult your family physician for appropriate antibiotics based on clinical and investigation findings

Hope this will help you
