Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This is probably a viral illness. If he is otherwise active and playful, we need not worry. Just continue Tylenol for 2-3 days. Give Ondansetron for vomiting if needed. If he is not getting better by 48-72 hours, or if he becomes lethargic and not feeding, kindly take him to your pediatrician. Otherwise no worries.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
