General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your family physician, with your history of repeated abdominal surgeries in the past, I would definitely suggest you to go to the ER for your feeling of discomfort, which could be due to a possible sub acute intestinal obstruction. The adnexal cyst also requires furhter investigation/biopsy. The exact position can only be ascertained with your clinical examination by the treating doctor, who can decide on further intervention.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic for clearing doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
