CBC Showed High RBC And Have History Of Peptic Ulcers. Is This Why I Have Dizziness, Tiredness And Mood Swings?

I have a history of peptic ulcers. A week ago my PCP did a CBC on me and my red blood cell count came back high only by 1 point, but still high. I went to my PCP because I was experiencing a bunch of different things such as, dizziness, moddyness, very tired, really just not myself at all. Can the elevated red blood cell count be from an ulcer?

No , high red blood cells are not from ulcer. If you are tabacco smoker high red blood cells is normal.
If not , please consult with your physician for further evaluation.
