mam sir i go to the doctor last 2 years ago the city scan found muld mucosal thickening involvin left maxillary sinus ans says polyps vs mucocoele sugest a reyention cyst a 1.o to 1.2 cm lession iseen in the bottom of my right maxilary sinus suggesting a sinusitus i feel like my left eye is so dry a in the inner and like numb untill nopw the anti biotics that i take dint respond what do i have to do..

Small retention cysts, mild mucosal swelling is quite a common finding in CT scans.
Do not worry about it. If you are not experiencing any symptoms then there is no need for any treatment.
Mucosal thickening and retention cysts do not cause dryness of eyes and numbness.
