My husband received results of a ct scan today and they stated he had a small, septated cyst or focal area of right middle lobe hyperinflation one measuring 19mm. a mild, homogeneous enlargement measuring 14.3 x 6 cm in his spleen and a mild diffuse fatty change of liver. The clinical co-relation is important like if the patient gets fever, status of his weight and appetite, bruising tendency plus what are the liver function tests findings etc etc. Your doctor may co-relate these and if need be ask for FNAC (fine needle aspiration ) from the cyst if required . So consult a physician for clinical evaluation
