CT Scan Of Sinus Showed Lesion In Frontal Sinus, Abnormality In Posterior Wall. Suggested Visit To Neurosurgeon. Explain

I had a CT scan of my sinuses and was told I have a 2.1 sonimeter lesion in the frontal sinus next to a 6-7 millimeter abnormality in the posterior wall. I was tossed by a huge wave in April 2013 and landed on my face in the sand but I do not know whether this is the cause of these issues. I am seeing an ENT next week and was told I will also need to see a neurosurgeon. What does all of this mean? Thank you.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your frontal sinus has a lesion in the posterior wall, You had a wave with which face landed on the sand, the problem is whether it is due to the hit, or some thing inside the cranium.
The neurologist can confirm the diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
