Calf Hit Hard On The Edge Of Chair, Huge Indentation Present. Chances Of Fracture Or Bruised Bone?

Hi, I recently got into a physical altercation and am suffering from something I'm not quite sure about. At one point I was slammed on the ground and hit the lower left side of my calf HARD on the edge of a chair. There's a huge indentation there now, and it's very very painful to walk (About a 7/10). Is there a chance of fracture, or is this maybe just a badly bruised bone? The dent is pretty deep, I'd say nearly a half inch and swollen on the sides above and below it. I feel like the muscle was crushed. Is there anything I can do for this, or should I see a doctor?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to hard hit there might be cut and forming hematoma and bruises.
Take one course of antibiotic and and anti-inflammatory medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Do ice pack 2-3 times a day for2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
