Calf Muscle Pain After Workout, Feels Blood Circulations Stop In Leg. Lacking Exercise Or Nutrition?

Some time usually after long working days, a sudden pain in calf muscles arises. usually its unbearable and only short term workaroud, like stop the blood circualtion in lower leg by raising legs above waist , give some relief. usually pain sustain for 1~2 days. But doing instant squats or going for 2~3 km jogging releives it immidiately. Also the same pain i feel when months passes without me doing any leg exercise. is i am lacking in proper exercise or some nutrition?

Hello Singhs,
As per your complaints this could be a case of Vericose veins (failure/diminish in venous return from the leg). Hence active voluntary leg muscle contracton and positioning leg above the height of heart facilitated venous return.
You can use compression stockings or crape bandage for your leg while working or standing.
Avoid prolonged standing in one position.
If the pain continues for long time then go for medical checkup.
In worst cases a surgery is indicated....
