Can Adderall, Equetro, Venlafaxine And Alprazolam Be Taken Together?

I was diagnosed with ADD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and Depression. I am currently prescribed 200 MG of Equetro (1 capsule 2x daily), 20 mg Adderall, (1 pill 2x daily), 1 mg Alprazolam (1 pill 3x daily), 75mg Venlafaxine (1 capsule daily). Are these medications safe to be taken all in 1 day? JUST LOOKING FOR A SECOND OPINION.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you have mentioned you have been diagnosed as ADD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. First, I would like to tell you that depression is itself a part of bipolar disorder. Second medicines which you have been prescribed are not going to help much if you have bipolar disorder. Adderall is usually given for ADD but it has high potential to precipitate manic episode. Venlafaxine is known to cause switch to manic episode from depressive episode. Equetro can be helpful in bipolar but there are other better medicines available for this condition. If I were your psychiatrist, I would have given you only tab Lithium for bipolar and tab Lorazepam for sleep. So, I suggest you to get an opinion from your doctor on this.
