Can Adderall Be Taken Along With Tramadol?
Hi, can you take adderall 5 hours after taking 150mg of tramdol? Would one be ok if the doeses didnt get too high? I am alao taking pregablin 500mg a day. Will that reduce the seizure factor regarding the adderall and tramadol question? Please answer all questions, thank you.

It is not safe to take Adderall while on tramadol and pregablin. One of the important side effect of tramadol is seizure and combining it with other medications that can also cause seizures such as adderall may increase that risk.
You may be more susceptible if you are elderly, undergoing alcohol or drug withdrawal, or have a history of seizures. Besides, taking tramadol together with other medications that also cause central nervous system depression such as pregabalin can lead to serious side effects including respiratory distress, coma, and even death.
Ask your doctor to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use these medications.
