General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not advisable to take Tramadol while on Adderall. Tramadol when taken along Adderall can cause seizures. Since you have already taken Tramadol a short while ago you should go immediately to emergency room of your nearby hospital for further evaluation and close monitoring of any symptoms such as anxiety, agitation or convulsion.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
