Can Ashwagandha Be Taken While On Carbatrol?
I am considering taking Ashwagandha and want to make sure there havent been any side effects when also taking Carbatrol. I take 900 mg of Carbatrol every night for sizures control and always like to make sure nothing messes that up. I read all the reviews and only saw people that took thyroid meds had some problems.

You can safely continue ashwagndha while on carbatrol. They will not interact with each other or does not affect the efficacy of one another.
