Can Avelox Cause Tendons Inflammation And Tearing?

I am a 56 year old female with non-hodkins lymphoma. I have undergone 4 treatments of Rituxan and am waiting for the results of a recent pet scan. Additionally, I have been prescribed Avelox 400mg for a significant sinus infection. I have read the side effects and one major one is inflammation or tearing of the tendons. Should I limit my exercise until the 2-week dose is finished? I am starting the Avelox today.

I really appreciate concern, if you are on this treatment (Avelox) for non-hodgkin's lymphoma so it is better to avoid exercise for some time the side effects that is being stated here may not be seen in common, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
