Can Cannabidiol And Glimepiride Be Taken Together?

Will CBD interact with Glimepiride? My research on Metformin shows a reduction of its efficacy caused by CBD interaction of about 30%. I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer but have managed to lower my CA-19-9 score from 2035 to 121 (2 weeks ago) with supplemental use of CBD in less than 10 weeks of Chemo treatment. I refuse to cease the CBD treatment as it obviously is adding time to my life, but I have been determined to be diabetic requiring medication and my neuropathy is getting worse, probably a combination side-effect of the Chemo drugs and diabetes as well..
