Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Tramadol is medication is used to help relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. Its action is similar to narcotic analgesics by working in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain. Paracetamol is in the drug class miscellaneous analgesics. Its adverse effect with tramadol has not been reported. Codeine a sleep-inducing and analgesic drug derived from morphine. Hence, combining it with codeine may give potential for serious interaction. Regular monitoring by your doctor required or alternate medication may be needed in such a case. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
