Can Dapoxetine Be Taken For A Long Duration?

Hi! I am using dipoxitine (which is prilligy) 30 mg, i feel quite dizziness and nausea with its side effects, but that is fine, my question is should I continue using it? is it safe for long term, and whats about heart risk? and if not than how can I control Premature Ejaculation? And I also experienced delaying sprays, it definitely helped me, but I feel loss of erection and hence unable to satisfy my partner. Help Please!!!

Dapoxetine is a drug used only in men and is for premature ejaculation. It is very short acting and used only before intercourse. It can be used regularly and it does not cause dependence so it is safe to take it long term if it is helping you.
For better effect use it 1-2 hours before intercourse.
