Can Diabetes Insipidus Cause Gingivitis ?

I have Central Diabetes Insipidus since 1988 and Gingivitis since few years due to which I am losing my teeth? gingivitis is because of Diabetes Insipidus? Thank you.

Diabetes definitely poses you to a higher risk of infections all over your body.These infections are more commonly related to diabetes mellitus rather than insipidus. Still you need to keep your diabetes well under control to treat your gingivitis.
