Can Diltiazem Be Stopped If Blood Pressure Is Well Controlled?

I want to stop taking diltiazem. My blood pressure has gotten allot better because of my diet and exercise regime. My Dr is in another state and I will not be seeing her for another 2 months. I m 51 years old/female. 132/76 63 124/80 64 129/80 64 using a wrist cuff
