Can Diltiazem Be Temporarily Substituted With Amlodipine For Controlling Blood Pressure Levels?
I was taken off warfarin and amlodipine last June and started taking diltiazem for blood pressure. I let myself run out of diltiazem and wondered if I can sub the amlodipine for a few days till I can get the diltiazem filled. Or would it be best to skip it till then....?

First of all,diltiazem is not a good choice as an anti-hypertensive.If a doctor has prescribed,then should consult before substituting your medicine.
