Can Dorixina 125 Mg Be Taken For Severe Headache During Periods?

I'm having my periods and my heard hurts a lot more than usual. I took two Panadol tablets 12 hours ago, and two Panadol Extra tablets 4 hours ago. They didn't help. I have some Dorixina (Lysine clonixinate) 125mg. Can I try them or will they interact with the Paracetamol?
