Can Doxycycline Affect My Menstrual Cycle?

I am currently on nexplanon the implant for about a year and a half now. My period has stopped about a year ago. I just got prescribed an antibiotic, doxycycline, will this change my period and make it come back again? I ve heard from several people it caused their period to return.

I really appreciate your concern, anti-biotic is not the hormone medicine and it is nothing to do anything with menstrual cycle, if this is the history of irregular menses history then underlying cause of this is matters here, it may needs hormone therapy if it is due to hormone level changes hope this information help.
