Hello, i can understand your concern. the symptoms you have mentioned like breast tenderness, acidity, fatigue are routinely seen in the first trimester. You need not worry about it Duphaston contains progesterone, this is given in early pregnancy for maintainence of pregnancy. Your doctor had suggested doxinate for morning sickness. this can be discontinued if you donot have morning sickness. i would suggest to continue the medications. along with this i would suggest you to take folic acid 5mg tabs every day. eat a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables. avoid spicy food and excessive salt intake. get an ultrasound scan done if not done yet.
