Hello dear, thank you for using HCM. I read your query and understand your concern. Duphaston is a progestin medication which is used for a variety of indications, including threatened or recurrent miscarriage during pregnancy. Dydrogesterone is associated with approximately two-fold significant reduction in the miscarriage rate as compared to standard care in threatened and recurrent miscarriages with minimal side effects. Hope my answer was helpful. best regards.
