Can Ecosprin And Enoxaparin Be Taken Together For The Treatment Of PCOS?

Hi, I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks due to unknown reasons. I have PCOS and am pregnant at 8 weeks again. My doctor has prescribed ecosprin 75 mg and enoxaparin 40 mg even though there were no anti bodies found (anti TPO, ANA, ACA were fine). I am not sure if I should be taking these medicines, kindly advise

Use of low dose of aspirin and low molecular weight heparin (Enoxaparin) is safe in pregnancy and it improves foetal outcome .

Bleeding is a potential complication of anticoagulant therapy, You should be under regular monitoring by your physician.
